The 11th edition of the Romanian Contact Center Awards, proudly organized by Marketing Insiders Group, places the spotlight on best practice and expertise in the field of customer service and contact center management. This event is exclusively dedicated to the people who support and operate within the Contact Center industry, from contact center managers to contact center representatives. The Awards make a 360 review of the field, looking at different levels of management, various industry fields, both national & international delivery.

EARLY BIRD fees (till March 1st):
Event participation: 115 EUR
Category registration: 350 EUR
If a company wants to register to at least 4 categories, then the nominal entry fee for each registration will be 335 EUR + VAT.
